What do we do at Holiday club?
The heart of holiday club is for the leadership team to get to know your children personally and to have as much fun with them as possible. The morning is filled with different components: Group times, games, sports, activities, crafts, team challenges, a drama, interactive talks, movies, a postman, up front challenges, themed days and more.
Will my child be safe?
We as a leadership team take this very seriously and will take all necessary precautions for the safe guarding of your children. If you have any specific questions regarding this please don’t hesitate to ask.
What if finances are a problem?
What we don’t want is the cost to be a reason for your child/ren not being able to join us, if finances are a concern please let us know beforehand so that we can have that on record before registration, we do have a budget to sponsor children.
Does my child have to be there every day?
It is very flexible, your child/ren can pick and choose the days that they would like to attend, and if you are not sure beforehand of how many days they will be attending then payment can always be made at registration on the morning that they do come. But if they come for one day they will want to come for all of them!
What about food?
There will be tea time half way through the morning where the children will receive a snack as well as something to drink. If you feel this isn’t sufficient please feel free to send a lunch box with your child. We will have a spot for them to leave their lunch boxes.
When can I drop my child off each day?
Our doors open at 8am and registration happens from 8-8:30am. If you arrive earlier than 8am we would ask if you could please remain with your child/ren until the leaders have finished preparing for the day. If this isn’t possible please contact us and we can make a plan for you.
Do I have to come in every day to sign children in and/or pick them up?
We ask that you do please come in when dropping off and/or picking children up. This is a safety concern for us and gives us the peace of mind that all children are safe at all times. We have a drop off and pick up system in place and we ask if you can please kindly oblige. Thank you so much.
How do I pay for holiday club?
You are most welcome to pay cash on the mornings you come and register your child. Another option is that you can do an EFT before holiday club, and if it’s done well enough in advance, we will have it on record when you arrive for registration.
