The Christ Church Chorale was formed in 2008. It is a choir of younger singers comprising teenagers and young adults. The Chorale is a seasonal group and sings from time to time at the Evening Service. The group is open to those who can read music or who have solid choral experience behind them.

The repertoire sung by the Chorale includes a wide range of choral anthems with an emphasis on those written by contemporary composers.

Typically, the Chorale requires three or four rehearsals prior to singing a service, so there is no regular weekly commitment.

In 2009 the Chorale were the featured Chamber Choir in the Cape Town Songs of Praise conducted by Richard Cock.
