We love Jesus and want to serve him in all we do. We are an Evangelical Charismatic Anglican Church situated in the suburb of Kenilworth in Cape Town, South Africa. We are one of six churches in the Parish of St. John’s Wynberg which is in association with the Diocese of Cape Town and so part of the Anglican Church of Southern Africa (ACSA).
We support and are involved with the Parish Warehouse – which gives covering (literally and spiritually) to a number of projects addressing issues of poverty and injustice.
Through New Wine we are linked to other churches nationally and internationally sharing a similar ethos and common desire to equip churches to see Jesus’s kingdom grow.
We also have strong links with and support the work of CMJ (Church’s Mission to Jewish People) which seeks to reach out to Jewish people and to remind Christians of the Hebrew roots of our faith.
We run the Alpha Course regularly and have seen God use it effectively to draw people into a relationship with Jesus.
