5x Tables in Children's church
5x table clothes found in annex kitchen by the door
approx. 35 chairs found in annex
braai found near bruce evans room
1x wood pack + firelighters
10x candle holders + tealight candles
fairy lights in callow house strong room
floods in vestry sound cupboard
adapters,extensions - bring your own
100x marshmellow + 100x sticks
musicians/live music (no amplification)

1. Tables and chairs are upstairs in the annex

2. Table clothes are in the annex kitchen cupboard next to the door

3. Fairy Lights are in the cupboard under the annex stairs or in the Callow house strong room

4. Spot lights are in the vestry cupboard in the corner

5. Braai is next to the Bruce Evans room

It is a good idea to bring extension cords and multiplugs if you want to use the fairy lights

Also good idea to have something to weight the table clothes in case of wind
