Ikamvalethu Camp (Our Future Camp)
Details: A couple of years ago we decided to do something purposeful and practical to help build relationships across different communities. Over the past few years the "Sweet Home Farm Camp" experience has morphed and grown, and we're excited that this year we will be holding the camp at an actual campsite! 40 Ambies will join 40 teenagers from Sweet Home Farm for a weekend of relationship building, exciting activites, reflection, good food and all in an incredible setting. UNfortunately there are only 40 spaces for Ambies, and these are given on a first-register-first-serve basis, so signup as soon as you can.
Base camp: Chrysalis Academy, Tokai Forest (map available here)
Cost: R300 per Ambie
When: 11 July to 13 July
Arrive: Be dropped off at Chrysalis Academy between 14h30 and 15h00 on Thursday 11th July
Leave: Be collected from Chrysalis Academy at 15h00 on Saturday 13th July
What to bring: WARM! bedding— sleeping bag and pillow — it gets very cold at night! Towel and toiletries, raingear and warm outdoor clothes, eating utensils and plate, bowl, mug, a box of cereal. Optional: snacks to share at night, camera, instrument.
Signup deadline: 20th June 2013, or until all 40 spaces are gone...

Payments: Please reference your name and ‘SHF camp and your initial and surname’ on all forms of payment!
